The girl protests an excessive amount of, we expect – what is the matter with it?

New York Attorney General Letitia James’s office spearheaded the development of what the Wall Street Journal editors call “Biden’s ‘BackDoor’ climate plan,” a clever, if likely unlawful, pathway under the auspices of ozone control in Green New Deal to sneak in climate reports on “polar ice caps and polar bears [which] have become the “mascots” of climate change because “unfortunately, abstract climate change is increasingly – and consistently – an unconvincing argument.”
The plan is outlined in month-long emails between James’s Office and other OAGs with former EPA attorneys and officials and even Biden’s current EPA climate chief. It’s what a James-led lawsuit filed by the same AGs the day before the inauguration as described in an amicus letter here.
It is what they do. Understandably, AG James does not like being pointed out, as indicated in her letter to WSJ editors last Friday.
Separately, the Albatross of the Climate Dome and the Green New Deal Moon Battery has for practical reasons led to a new narrative “About Our Neighbor With Respiratory Diseases”, a rhetorical handwriting that emphasizes the child health dimension for all of our main initiatives, “To those” many To capture Americans who would otherwise oppose many of our regulatory measures. “
This is the plan as set out in The Most Cynical EPA Memo, Evah ™, republished by GAO on the anniversary of the document last month. The EPA and its allies do what they have been told for years, among themselves what they had to do. And what shows a paper trail that James’s Office has been preparing for months. The exposure only led AG James to insist that you shouldn’t trust your lying eyes, but instead remember your neighbor with respiratory illness. Which, as the paper trail shows, is not what this clever move is about.
AG James’ LTE just protests – and proves – too much.
