The DC Superior Court finally dismissed Michael Mann’s lawsuit against the National Review today. The National Review was sued by Mann over a blog post Mark Steyn published in 2012 criticizing Mann’s work. Mark Steyn wasn’t a contributor to National Review, and no one in the magazine had reviewed the post before it was published.
Mark Lowry, the editor-in-chief of NR, said, “It is utterly ridiculous that it took us more than eight years to be exempted from this absolutely baseless lawsuit by the courts.”
