Joyful anniversary, essentially the most cynical EPA memo ever.

Timely milestone on one of the most cynical documents received during the Obama administration
Given mounting evidence that the Biden EPA is planning to push its climate change agenda through National Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) without the political threat of congressional votes, GAO wishes an infamous Obama-Biden memo a happy, very timely anniversary.
That particular memo, titled “Strategic Communications Conversation,” with a “non-paper” attached to PR advisor Allyn Brooks-LaSure (which was also not made available), became the Obama Biden that day in the first few months EPA dated. and broken on January 26, 2015. It appeared on the list of “Richard Windsor” records obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute from Lisa Jackson’s fake email account used promiscuously by current Biden officers Gina McCarthy and Joe Goffman.
It’s something to read this memo, written at this very point in the Obama-Biden administration, with new examples of, um, “rethinking” the mounting Bush regulations (more on that later).
This is especially important given the signs listed for the DC circuit here set out here and very well summarized here in today’s Wall Street Journal that the EPA is preparing to issue a secondary ozone “NAAQS” in a brilliant step to further disguise what CO2 is all about. (Recall, even Obama’s EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson dismissed a climate NAAQS as “inadvisable.” A prominent Green lawyer said “Hell will freeze over” before it did. Well, Texas is at least and with that Help just frozen that exact agenda.)
What this memo shows is the EPA’s realization that it had to move its global warming campaign away from the failed model of discredited Big Green advocacy groups and their “mascots,” the polar bears and polar ice caps, that “climate” is said to be “persistent – not convincing ”has proven to make an argument. “In it we see the birth of the breathtakingly insincere” shift from the polar cap ” [to] about our neighbors with respiratory diseases… ”.
The cynicism doubled and went on:
Children: … By revitalizing our own child health bureau, taking global responsibility for this issue, and highlighting the child health dimension for all of our main initiatives, we will bring this issue to life for many Americans who would otherwise speak out against many of our regulatory actions.
Here we see the belief that the media and green groups will ultimately prevail if they shout “clean air” and “kids” enough about something.
This fits in perfectly with today’s Wall Street Journal blockbuster editorial, “Biden’s ‘Backdoor’ Climate Plan,” which is about how “Democratic corporations, green groups, and a leading environmental agency in Biden have a plan to impose the Green New Deal for Working through states through a backward regulation door ”-“ to speed up an ozone replacement rule that regulates CO2 ”-“ because they know that they cannot pass it through the front in Congress. “
