Police have alleged that Disha Ravi was the one who shared the toolkit document with Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg.

Delhi police arrested 22-year-old climate activist Disha Ravi for allegedly sharing the toolkit on social media related to farmers’ protests against the centre’s agricultural laws. Ravi was arrested from her home in North Bengaluru on Saturday by the Delhi Police’s Cyber Crime Unit.
Police have alleged that Ravi was the one who shared the toolkit document with Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg, and that she was a key conspirator in drafting and disseminating the document, which “aimed at a copycat execution of a conspiracy behind the Violence of January 26th. “Delhi police said in a tweet,” They created the WhatsApp Group and worked together to produce the toolkit document. She worked closely with them to design the doc. “
Another tweet said: “In this process everyone worked with the Pro Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation to spread discontent against the Indian state.”
They added that Ravi later asked Greta to remove the main document after its incriminating details were accidentally made public. “This is many times more than the 2 lines she claims,” wrote Delhi police on Twitter.

Ravi has been charged with incitement to hatred of hostility and criminal conspiracy for her alleged involvement in the “toolkit” investigated by Delhi police. A court sentenced the activist to five days in police custody on Sunday.

The Indian government has seen Greta Thunberg’s attempt to interfere in its affairs very badly. The Greta document makes strong allegations against the Indian state, describes the ruling Conservative Indian BJP party as fascist and accuses India of withdrawing from democracy.
Current BJP leader Narendra Modi, Indian Prime Minister since 2014, is a Trump-like figure with a loyal, dedicated base. He was elected in 2014 for his spectacular economic reforms in the Indian state of Gujarat. But Modi’s market-oriented economic reforms and the rapid dismantling of India’s old, dying command structures have disrupted the lives of people who felt comfortable under the old system. It is this smoldering resentment that the Greta Document seems to be aimed at.
Note that Greta deleted the original document before I could get a direct copy. So this is a used copy.
An interesting result of this affair: after years of geopolitical tension, India and China have finally come to an agreement. neither of them like Greta Thunberg.
Update (EW): If you haven’t read it, The document appears to contain a plan to disrupt India’s food supplyby convincing the allies to limit pesticide exports to India while encouraging farmers to strike. Please read the document before making a judgment.
